Motivation & Accountability
With over five years’ experience in group fitness and one-on-one in the outdoors and within the studio gym, I have trained clients from all ages and fitness levels and helped them achieve their goals. I am continually updating my knowledge through research and attending workshops, such as Pelvic Floor First, Rehab Trainer and FX, Nutrition.
